What is SAN?

SAN or styrene acrylonitrile is a transparent copolymer plastic. SAN is thermally stable with a wide processing window. It is used in a wide range of applications particularly where transparency is important.

In addition to transparency, SAN plastics have good chemical resistance, stiffness and high dimensional stability.
